Here's the drill: You see a design that's open and you want it, you comment on this page. Then you draw the character and post the link here. If I watch you, the link is not necessary. If you're the first to draw the character, it's yours. If you want to make changes to the design, make sure you draw the character with those changes. If you adopted a design in the last Adoptathon, please do not ask for another unless you want to do an exchange.
